Creating and scheduling posts
Three ways to start a post
- From an article — open any digest article or saved article and click Repurpose.
- From a URL — paste any link with New post → From URL. ProPresence pulls metadata and drafts copy.
- Manual — write from scratch with New post → Blank.
Editing
- The composer enforces LinkedIn’s plain-text rule (no Markdown, no HTML).
- Character count, hashtag suggestions, and mention auto-complete are inline.
- The Tone check indicator turns green when the draft matches your ToV.
Scheduling
- Click Schedule.
- Pick a date/time in your local timezone (set during onboarding).
- Confirm. Personal posts queue silently; brand posts fire the Make.com webhook immediately on scheduling.
Editing a scheduled post
- Personal posts can be edited or rescheduled until they publish.
- Brand posts fire the webhook the instant they’re scheduled, so editing afterwards has no effect on what already went out.
