What it is

Two settings on one screen:

  • Expertise areas — drives the Daily Digest, Industry Insights, and AI suggestions.
  • Timezone — the basis for scheduled-post times, digest delivery, and Lexi cadence.

Step-by-step

  1. Pick 1–3 expertise areas from the suggestions, or type your own.
  2. Confirm your timezone. ProPresence shows your stored timezone next to the one your browser detects (Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone). If they differ, click Use detected or Edit.
  3. Continue.

Why timezone matters

  • Daily digest is delivered in your local morning.
  • Scheduled personal posts default to 8:00 AM in your timezone.
  • Lexi spreads posts across your local working week, not UTC.
  • Brand posts triggered through Make.com use the same timezone in the payload.

Tips & gotchas

  • If you travel a lot, set the timezone where your audience is — not where you happen to be.
  • Edit later from Account → Personal info.
