Getting started
1. Create your account
Sign up at the home page. Verify your email when prompted — you can’t sign in until your address is confirmed.
2. Walk through onboarding
You’ll be taken to /onboarding. The flow is:
- Welcome — quick intro
- Tone of Voice — upload 3–6 writing samples
- Expertise & Timezone — your domain(s) plus a timezone confirmation
- Organization & Make.com — only if you publish for a brand
- LinkedIn — connect your personal profile (and any company pages)
- Claude Cowork — generate an API key if you use Claude
- Lexi cadence — choose your autopilot rhythm (or skip)
- Notion — optional content-calendar sync
- Done
Most steps are skippable. Anything you skip is reachable later from /account.
3. Connect LinkedIn
This is the only step you can’t fake. Without a LinkedIn connection, posts have nowhere to publish.
- Personal posts publish via your personal LinkedIn token (60-day expiry — see LinkedIn reconnect).
- Brand posts publish via a Make.com webhook that you configure on each organization. ProPresence sends the post payload; your Make scenario calls LinkedIn.
4. See your first digest
The first daily digest lands the morning after onboarding. It contains 5 curated articles in your expertise area. Click any one to either:
- Comment — generate a LinkedIn comment in your tone
- Repurpose — turn it into a post draft
5. Generate your first article
Go to Articles → New article, type a topic, pick a structure, and generate. Edit the draft in the rich-text editor and either save it for later or push it to your Posts queue.
6. Schedule it
From Posts, open the draft, set a date/time, and confirm. Personal posts publish at the scheduled time. Brand posts fire your Make.com webhook the moment they’re scheduled.
