Lexi for organizations
Each organization has its own Lexi cadence, configured under Account → Lexi while you’re in Brand context for that org.
Key differences from personal Lexi
- Make.com webhook required. If the org has no webhook, Lexi creates drafts but won’t schedule them — they’d go nowhere.
- Author defaults come from the organization’s profile (org ToV, brand description), not yours.
- Repurposing uses the brand author identity even when the source RSS feed is yours.
- Auto-selection — when you switch the global context into Brand mode, ProPresence auto-selects the org with an active webhook so Lexi doesn’t quietly target the wrong page.
Tips
- Run personal Lexi at a higher cadence than brand Lexi unless you have a content team feeding the org. Brand pages need fewer, sharper posts.
- Brand Lexi posts publish immediately when scheduled (see Personal vs Brand) — there’s no review step. Only enable autopilot once you trust the tone and source list.
