Notion sync

What it is

A two-way sync between ProPresence and a Notion database. Every post and article shows up in Notion as a calendar entry; updates flow both directions.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Connect Notion. You’ll be redirected to Notion’s OAuth screen.
  2. Pick the workspace and the specific pages ProPresence is allowed to see.
  3. Choose or create the database that will hold your content calendar.
  4. Save.

The first sync runs immediately; subsequent syncs run every 15 minutes.

Tips & gotchas

  • You can disconnect any time from Account → Connections → Notion.
  • Status changes in Notion (e.g. moving a card from Draft to Scheduled) are mirrored back into ProPresence.
