Lexi Cadence

Lexi cadence

What it is

Lexi is ProPresence’s autopilot. When you set a cadence, Lexi automatically picks articles from your digest/RSS feeds, drafts posts in your tone, and schedules them.

This onboarding step is a quick check that surfaces your current Lexi settings and links out to the full configuration.

Step-by-step

  1. Look at the Cadence line:
  2. Green check — cadence is set, Lexi is active.
  3. “Not set” — Lexi is dormant. Click Open Lexi settings to configure it.
  4. Pick a rhythm that’s realistic. 3 personal posts per week is a strong baseline; 5+ is aggressive.
  5. Continue. You can change cadence any time from Account → Lexi.

Tips & gotchas

  • Lexi reads your author preferences from your profile — tone, expertise, default audience. If those are blank, Lexi’s output suffers.
  • Organizations get their own Lexi cadence. Set it from /account/lexi after switching context to the org.
  • Lexi for organizations only fires when the organization has an active Make.com webhook. See Organization auto-scheduling.
