LinkedIn connection
What it is
Authorises ProPresence to post to your personal LinkedIn profile.
(Brand-page publishing is handled by your Make.com scenario, set up on the previous step. LinkedIn doesn’t let third-party apps post to company pages directly without an enterprise partnership.)
Step-by-step
- Click Connect LinkedIn.
- Sign in to LinkedIn in the popup and approve the requested scopes.
- You’re returned to onboarding with a green Connected badge.
Tips & gotchas
- The LinkedIn token expires every 60 days. ProPresence shows a yellow warning 7 days before expiry and a red banner once it’s expired. See LinkedIn reconnect.
- Reconnecting takes 10 seconds and doesn’t affect your scheduled posts.
- If you skip this step, you can come back from Account → Connections.
