Generating articles
Step-by-step
- Go to Articles → New article.
- Fill in the Brief Builder:
- Topic + your perspective (one sentence each).
- Optional background URL or related articles.
- Pick a structure (trend-insight, case-study, myth-busting, etc.).
- Watch the Prompt Quality Score — the higher the score, the better the draft. Tweak the brief if it’s red.
- Click Generate. Drafts run 700–1500 words and use HTML formatting (
<h2>,<p>, lists). - Review in the rich-text editor. Use Enrich to pull in stats and quotes via Perplexity.
- Save → push to Posts queue, schedule, or publish.
Tips & gotchas
- Articles are stored as HTML, not Markdown.
- Sources appear inline as links plus a Sources section at the end. ProPresence validates each link before saving.
- Switch to Brand context before generating if the article is for a company page — the org’s ToV will be used.
