Overview
ProPresence turns the messy job of “showing up on LinkedIn” into a repeatable system:
- Capture your voice and expertise during onboarding so every piece of generated content sounds like you.
- Get a daily digest of the articles worth commenting on in your industry.
- Generate long-form articles and short posts with AI that already knows your tone, audience, and goals.
- Schedule and publish to your personal profile or to LinkedIn company pages you manage.
- Let Lexi run on autopilot when you want, or stay hands-on when a topic matters.
- Plug in Claude Cowork, Notion, Make.com, and RSS when you want to do more than the in-app workflow allows.

Personal vs Brand — the most important concept
Almost every screen in ProPresence has a Personal/Brand context. The same article generated in Personal mode posts to your own LinkedIn profile; switched to Brand mode it queues against an organization’s LinkedIn company page and routes through Make.com.
Read Personal vs Brand before doing anything that touches publishing.
